A free dive in the Marine reserve at Flinders,aptly called the Mushroom or the “T” Reef led to the discovery of a very large school of Snapper. Time will tell if this school is there to stay or will move on as the water temperature changes. On a rising tide as the water flowed over the reef the snapper and Stingrays were seen feeding on any life that was flushed out.
Unfortunately for me, after one of these dives I left my amphibico U/W housing and camera in the car park and drove off. PQ
