With amazing landscapes and abundant wildlife, New Zealand is a perfect place to practice sea kayaking with about 150 islands to explore, it is hard to beat as a full sea kayak destination. You’ll find quiet, warm-weather options (particularly on the North Island), as well as white-knuckled paddles at more extreme places like Fiordland, the North Island Waterpark, the Bay of Islands, offering everything from sport fishing and diving even swimming with dolphins.

In the Cook Strait and you can choose between two kayak areas on the northern tip of the South Island. Base in Picton or Havelock to venture into the labyrinth of bays and inlets that comprise Malborough Sounds and head to Marahau or Totaranui, you will enter the Abel Tasman National Park with its sandy beaches and estuaries lined with forests.

In the southwest of the South Island of New Zealand, you will find some of the most beautiful fjords in the world. Milford Sound is one of the most famous, surrounded by imposing lush green peaks.   5. i live in hamilton and i forget how beautiful nz actually is bc there is nothing here where i live. just an extremely deadly river and a pretty much poisonous lake ?? i wish you still would’ve come here though ? love you two ❤️

  6. Wut the WUT!? Kayaking is one of my fav things to do, although I do prefer lake paddles. Also, can I just say I’m obsessed with the slight glitch you give the drone shots. Those are so fun mixed in with the reversing thru footage.
